Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
• Experience in Programming
• Experience in Salesforce and/or other CRM solutions is a plus
• Knowledge and skills in Java platforms (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud)
• Knowledge and skills in WebSphere Operational Decision Management (WODM) rule engine
• Knowledge and skills in JavaScript TypeScript platform (Angular, React JS, CSS, Html5)
• Knowledge and skills in SQL languages (Oracle, SQL Server, IBM)
• Good command of English

Qualification

• Strong problem-solving and good analytical skills

Job Description

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
• Develop the CRM solution in scope, timeline, quality and customer satisfactions
• Develop, analyze, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for guideline task to programmers to follow
• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
• Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
• Define and coordinate testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
• Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms
• Design, implement, and upgrade information systems to meet the business and user needs

System Analyst

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in system analyst
• Experience in Insurance business will be considered
• Experience in web-based architecture, software project management, or information architecture is preferred
• Good command of English
